Sports Day
Fuchsia and Emerald bubbles had a wonderful afternoon for their sports
day last week!
Which is your favourite event? Dear Parents and Friends of St Teresa’s
Do not look forward in fear to the changes in life; rather, look to them with full hope that as they arise, God,
Whose very own you are, will lead you safely through all things; and when you cannot stand it, God will carry you in His Arms.
Do not fear what may happen tomorrow; the same understanding Father Who cares for you
today will take care of you then and every day.
He will either shield you from suffering or will give you unfailing strength to bear it. Be at peace, and put aside all anxious thoughts and
imaginations.
Wishing you all a wonderful summer break.
Looking forward to September,
when we can all be back together again. Mrs Ankers

Hello and
Welcome
Reception Class
Home Learning
Eggsiting experiment for our Reception home learners last week!
They made their own ice Dinosaur eggs with baby dinos
inside. They had to carve, rub and pour water to help melt the egg and free the
little dino babies………………………. roarsome fun had by all!
What would it be like if Dinosaurs were alive today? Reception have been
considering this question over the last few weeks! We have learnt that some
Dinosaurs remains are found in museums. Our home learners had to dig
up dinosaur bones and stick them together to make a dinosaur skeleton!

Tangerine Bubble—Home Learning
What materials create the
least friction and make you go down the slide quicker?
Tangerine Bubble have
completed a science
experiment at the newly
reopened parks to test different friction levels of materials. Very interesting results and I'm
sure great fun to complete! 'Sing the songs of joy to the Lord, serve the
Name of the Lord, and become the servant of His servants.' Guru Nanak.
We have been learning about the inspirational work of Guru Nanak and the
religion, Sikhism, that he founded. They have been retelling stories about him and recognising the five k's that Sikhs try to adhere
to.
Ruby Bubble
As part of the whole school rainbow art competition, Ruby Bubble created some
watercolour pieces using their favourite animal as the focus.

Indigo Bubble
'We are all
different, but there something kind of
fantastic about that isn't there?' Fantastic
Mr Fox.
The children in Indigo bubble have created a new tail for Mr Fox,
who unfortunately lost his! I'm sure he
would be happy with any of those! Well done!!
Emerald Bubble—Home Learners
As part of our 'Sports' themed week, the Emerald Bubble Home Learners have been busy creating their own
Tissue Paper Sports Logo Artwork!
We have also been researching the Paralympics
and locating where the games have taken place…..
Emerald Bubble
We have been busy creating tributes to key workers to round off the year; here we have Bella's firefighter masterpiece
in its infancy.
Tangerine Bubble
"No act of kindness is too small. The gift of kindness may start as a small ripple
that over time can turn into a tidal wave affecting the lives of many." Kevin
Heath. Tangerine Bubble have
been considering how they can show acts of kindness
to each other as part of last week's challenge.
What acts of kindness did you do?
Pick up litter? Tell a joke?
Help make dinner? Give a cake to Gran?
