Establishment of a Nuclear Education Network

in the region of the Eurasian Economic

Community States

• Using nuclear technology requires highly qualified human

resources.

• Shortage of human resources in Belarus, while other Member

States have developed educational systems and can supply

education and training as well as qualified human resources.

• Many nuclear education and training resources are available in

the region

15.06.15-19.06.15 2

Challenge:

More knowledge and human resources needed to be built

up for new nuclear power programme in Belarus, and

knowledge needs to be sustained

Scope:

The scientific and technical content covers education

(under-graduate-, post-graduate-, specialized and PhD

education and associated research) and professional

training (training courses of various duration) in all

subjects in the area of nuclear science, technology and

management.
