Staying Fit This Season

Keep moving
• Simply moving makes a lot of difference
• Studies show that simply getting up for about five minutes every hour goes a long way
Hydrate• The more water
you drink the more full you’ll feel
• Have two big glasses of water before any big, rich meals
Exercise early• Before day and night parties
get in the way, start your workout in the morning
• This will energize you for the rest of the day
Have a planStart your day with a game plan and stick with it by tracking how much you’re eating
…but indulge !reasonably
• If you have that extra serving of brisket or ham, that’s not the end of the world
• But don’t stretch a couple nights of indulgence out into an entire month
• This will lead to unwanted habits that continue beyond the season
