Johnson Controls was the Energy Services Company

(ESCO) for the project

Engineering provided by AECOM, Freese & Nichols, Vic

Weir Consulting, and CDM Smith

Annual Utility Savings $2.56 million

Annual O&M Impacts $0.24 million
