• Systems in good shape since overhaul in 1990s

• Coming need for comprehensive maintenance program as these improvements age

• Suggest local improvements on project basis (supply line and taps for hotel Lakeside)

• Suggest expanded water supply for fire service

• Original street design was inverted crown: opportunity to revert in scope of any future street improvement projects

• dedicated storm could use more inlets

• Suggest inspection to pinpoint where cleaning could improve localized draining

• Project-specific opportunities (e.g. localized grading, places for rain gardens)

• Supply adequate

• Opportunity for project based improvements; suggest standards for renovation to address each (i.e. drainage, grading, power)
