Steve joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2004 with 20 years of experiencemanaging the operations and marketing functions of companies in severalindustries, including health care, human resources and multifamily realestate.   He is experienced leasing up and turning around a variety of assettypes in markets located throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. 

As Senior Vice President and Co-Director of Operations, Steve teams withAaron Wyatt to oversee the operations, management and marketingfunctions of the Multifamily Property Management Department.
