In2018,Dr.StackjoinedtheUTKnoxvilleHaslamCollegeofBusinessasadjunctprofessorinhealthpolicyandadvocacy.Additionally,heservesasanadvisortoZoicCapital,ahealthcareVCGirm,andMDCalc,apopularclinicalreferenceapp.

Dr.Stackhasspecialexpertiseinhealthinformationtechnology(IT).Anationallyrecognizedadvocate,hebridgesbedsidecarewithgovernmentalpolicyandhasservedonnumerousfederaladvisorycommitteesfortheOfGiceoftheNationalCoordinatorforHealthInformationTechnology(ONC)from2010-2016.Additionally,heservedfrom2012-2016asboardmemberandsecretaryofeHealthInitiative,anon-proGitassociation

improvinghealthcarethroughtheadvancementofhealthIT.

BornandraisedinCleveland,Dr.StackgraduatedmagnacumlaudefromtheCollegeoftheHolyCrossinWorcester,Mass.,wherehewasaHenryBeanScholarforclassicalstudies.HethenreturnedtoOhiotocompletemedicalschoolandemergencymedicineresidencyatTheOhioStateUniversitybeforemovingtoMemphistobeginhisclinicalpractice.In2006,Dr.StackandhisfamilyrelocatedtoLexington.And,inDecember2017,hecompletedhisMBAatUTKnoxvilleHaslamCollegeofBusiness.

Dr.Stackismarriedandtheproudfatherofa13year-olddaughter.Hiswife,Tracie,isanMD,PhDandpracticingboard-certiGiedallergy/asthma/immunologyspecialist.Inhisleisuretime,Dr.StackenjoysthestudyofclassicalGreekandRomanhistory,UnitedStatespresidentialhistory,photography,andtravelingwithhiswifeanddaughter.
