Factory
Our production is carried out in a brand new industrial plant of 30,000 m2 located in Konya (Turkey) that employs over 100 people.The plant layout and technical procedures meet the highly demanding Japanese “Kanban” production method necessitating a constant feed of raw materials and components at each stage of the process. Our mission is to optimize the manufacturing cycles and provide world beating manufacturing lead times.

Technology
Quality
The whole manufacturing process is made in house by means of state of the art machinery and the latest CNC technologies. Such high levels of automation ensures the consistency and high quality of every fabricated part, whilst respecting the mechanical design and tolerances in every phase of the production cycles.
Our quality control system has been enhanced and customized to our production by means of a strict selection and control of suppliers, rigorous internal laboratory testing, and operator’s sample check procedures throughout the production phase.In addition on 100% of all finished product we carry out electrical tests such us dielectric, insulation, resistance, functional, as well as specific mechanical tests with axial loading in our uniquely customized facilities.

Generously sized and tested AXIAL THRUST BEARING, allowing high axial loads.
Fully balanced and ground ROTOR made by High Precision CNC machines. Thanks to the very low rugosity and the high accuracy of machining process, no bushes are required on 6” motor.
ROTOR in SS AISI 431 with higher properties of corrosion resistance. Only bars of European origin are used.
MECHANICAL SEAL in Silicon Carbide/Silicon Carbide for heavy duty applications mounted as a standard.
MECHANICAL SEAL HOUSING made of corrosion proof materials and polyamide for 6” motors.

origin) and lubricated by internal water.
Patented system for CABLE SEALING without the need for screws. Easier dismounting and
assembling.
SINGLE EARTH CABLE with separate connection on motor top provided as standard
(same length as motor tails).
SAND PROTECTION to prevent abrasion and sand presence in mechanical seal area.
WINDING PHASES automaticallyinserted into the stator.
