Geared to high school runners looking to achieve a new level this seasonStudents will stay at Shepherd University and enjoy the beauty and history of our area

Our camps emphasize lifelong health, enjoyment and performance running

Students will hear from leading specialists in the running industry - including Mark Cucuzzella,who has been a national level runner for over 35 years. His innovative work has evolved into international running conferences. Coach Joan Hunter, who’s Loudoun Valley XC boys' team has won 4 consecutive state team titles AND 2 National Championships. The girls' team also won this year's VA State Championship. Also learn from Meg Waldron, a former Nike Running Camp staff member, who has developed successful running empowerment programs and her middle school teams medaled numerous times at Penn Relays.
