GAME : Inventors BINGORULES :

1. Students write down any 6 Inventions from the list of 20 inventions given on the board IN PEN and holds up their grid to show it is filled in.

2. The teacher picks an inventor from his/her own list and reads it out. e.g. ‘Alexander Bell’. The teacher may discuss less well known answers.

3. If a Student chose ‘Telephone’ as one of their 6 inventions, they cross TELEPHONE off their grid. ( they also write down the inventor to ensure accuracy )

4. The first person to mark all 6 on their grid shouts BINGO !

World Interest : Meet Cameroon’s Inline SkatersCULTURAL

Cameroon has 400 registered skaters from various skating disciplines, but Speed Skating makes up the majority of active skaters. Limited supplies and insufficient government interest keep inline roller sports from growing in this West African country.

Cameroon's dedicated speed skaters train hard and fast despite equipment limitations. The joy of skating and love of a challenge motivates them to pursue and achieve inline racing goals.
