Experienced frontline clinicians and medication safety experts evaluate products based on CSHP labelling standards and ISMP safety recommendations.
Some of the product quality criteria we evaluate include:• Clarity of generic name & strength• Clear labelling• Lot number• Expiry date• Standardized GS1 barcode
Product quality makes up a greater percentage of the score than price.

Dedicate Commitment & Compliance Committee to ensuring suppliers receive awarded business
Publish informative bi-annual supplier newsletters
