My journey in life, through successes and failures, has shaped TEEMA to what it is today – one of the fastest growing staffing solutions companies in North America.
Many people have asked me how we’ve been able to make TEEMA into this success story; how were we, in the early years, able to attract hundreds of clients across North America and place thousands of contractors and/or direct hires with them.
The secret is this: We’re a Member-focused company (we refer to our ClientManagers & Talent Managers as Members). While TEEMA is committed to servicing our Clients, Consultants, Candidates, and Partners, we cannot do so without the support & success of our Members.

What does TEEMA stand for?
TEEMA believes that giving back is important. We made a conscious decision, early on, that we would attach ourselves to something we believe in. To put this in even simpler terms, our founders firmly believed that they needed to answer a key question in and of themselves – why do we do what we do?
As of October 3, 2011, Habitat has built 500,000 houses in 100 countries around the world, providing more than 2 million people with safe, decent, and affordable shelter.
How TEEMA works with Habitat for Humanity: For every hour a contractor works, part proceeds of this hourly amount is donated back to Habitat for Humanity.
TEEMA hosts Annual Charity Golf Tournaments to provide an opportunity for our Members & Clients to partner together & donate to Habitat for Humanity.
