In 2004, tourists spent $7.9 billion and made the city one of the ten-most-popular tourist locations in the country
One of the Top Financial Cities due to Fidelity Investments, Bank of America and Sovereign Bank all being based in Boston
Transportation is rated on of the best and accessibility on foot gives Boston the term “Walking City”
Threats
The Cities rising Gentrification factor could produce limiting barriers coming from the local Government
Possible regulations and laws could lead to stunt growth in our movement to expand

Solution: Make Intelligent First Wave Construction Choices
WHY
Instead of the wealthy building closed off housing in communities that are hurting we must build houses that are able to house a middle class to improve the community as a whole
REASON
Boston possesses very good public transportation and nearly 1/3 of the city commutes daily and by taking advantage of the leading economic attributes Transportation and Business and Education
Diversity to Improve Tourism Gentrification is
hurting Boston as a whole and if this densely populated city expands to support the average citizen the city will reap the benefits
With expansion of the housing market Boston can appeal to new groups of people increasing tourism revenue
