Ignored Circadian Rhythm

Lack of data between hours 2 and 12

Included a new variable, sleep debt:

Optimal sleep – actual sleep = accrued sleep debt.

That’s great, but what about performance?

Conclusion

Sleep and performance will differ person to person BUT the process used to measure it can be used to create an individualised formula for

each person that needs or wants one.
