Easy, quick and super healthy: Tabbouleh provides a wealth of nutrition with few calories. My version of this Middle Eastern salad resembles the original, that means I use more herbs and vegetables than Bulgur wheat (although more than the original). You can serve it as a side dish or turn it into a main course by serving it with cheese or ham. Please use extra virgin olive oil if you can.
