VODAFONE) wherealreadygroupsare formedandhadtakenindividuals feedback from each ofthem. Thissurvey
consist 28 questionsandisalist oftotal 40 members
among whichlist of 20 membersare from BSNLand other
20 are from the VODAFONE.

A part from theirteam theyhaveallocatedtaskbut 93out of 100 werenotsatisfied withtheircurrent position.

E-HRMCONCLUSION:CONCLUSION:Few trendshaveinfluencedjobsas muchasthe massivemovementto introduceteamsinto the workplace. Theshift from workingaloneto working onteamsrequiresemployeesto cooperate with others,shareinformation,
confrontdifferencesandsublimate personalinterests forthegreatergood oftheteam.
Finally,effectiveteam have members whobelieveintheteamscapabilitiesandarecommittedto acommon planand purpose,anaccurateshared mental
model of whatisto beaccomplished,specificteamgoals,a manageablelevel ofconflict,anda minimaldegree ofsocialloafing.
