Our Solution

• An UHF RFID Tags is provided for each Pallets.

• A Hand Held RFID Reader is provided at the FG Stock area.

• A Fixed Mount Reader with Antenna Barrier is provided at the Truck Dock Bay.

• A Bluetooth receipt printer is provided at Truck Dock Bay.

• A Fixed Mount Reader with Antenna Barrier is provided at the Truck Unload Bay.

Process Flow

• Plasticized UHF RFID Tags are permanently fixed to each pallets and provided a unique number.

• These tags could be read using Hand Held RFID Readers or Fixed Antenna’s.

Tracking in WIP / FG Area

• At the FG area you will have a track of the total no of empty pallets at site.

• Once a pallets is loaded, the RFID Tag is read and the information regarding the number of FG placed in the pallets and the client details is recorded towards that particular pallets in the database.

Process Flow

• While a pallet is loaded on to a truck the dispatch through / truck information is along recorded towards that particular trolley in the database.

• A outward dc / receipt for the pallets are also generated which has the information with regards to the number of pallets to be delivered to a particular client during that particular dispatch.

• Empty pallets brought back from the client is recorded along with the date & time

• We currently have the following data:

• No of pallets sent to the client.

• No of empty pallets received back from the client location.

• With this we computer the no of returnable pallets at a particular client location.

• A Receipt is also generated while delivering the trolley’s which contains information regarding the number of empty pallets present at the client location.
