Step 3 -Design Center – Profile

Step A - ClickDesign Center – Thistab will take you toPortfolio – Theportfolio section isused to access allyour Subjects andProjects. From thePortfolio, you createnew Subject Foldersand new Projects foryour Portfolio.

Step 4 -Design Center – Design Center

Step A - First,create a SubjectFolder. Click onNew SubjectFolder. Werecommend thatyou create a newSubject Folder foreach property,testimonial orcommunitydescription.

Step C - TheSubject Foldercontains Projectsthat are related,and therefore canshare commoninformation. Forinstance, if twoProjects bothrequire a Headline,you can use theHeadline from oneProject in theother. For thisreason, it isimportant to storeProjects that arerelated in the sameSubject Folder.

Step D – Clickon Save

Step 5 -Design Center – Subject Folder

Step B – Thisis also where yourexisting files(saved) will belisted.

Step B -Toview availabledesigns, click on aDesign Categoryfolder on the left.Choose a folderand subfolder (ifone appears), tosee the availabledesign.

Step 6 -Design Center – Project FolderStep A -When youhave created aSubject Folder,you are readyto create aProject. AProject is aspecificmarketingpiece that canbe either print,such as aFlyer,Brochure, orPostcard, ormultimedia,such as a WebCommercial,Slideshow, orVirtual Tour.Your Projectsare storedwithin SubjectFolders. Werecommendthat you placeall Projectsthat areassociatedwith the samesubject in thesame SubjectFolder.

Step C -Thedesigns are organizedby Product Type suchas Postcard, Flyer, WebCommercial; ProductSubtype such as JumboPostcards and StandardPostcards; and ProductTheme. Some productsare also categorized bythe number of imagesyou can include inaddition to the ProductTheme.

Step D - Designoptions will appear afteryou have selected yourspecific product type,such as Jumbo Postcard,Standard Postcard, orDouble-sided Flyer. Thishelps ensure that you areworking with the producttype that you intended tochoose.

Step G –Verifypicture is correct. If notclick on upload image,browse computer forimage file. If all is okclick on save.

Step H –UploadPictures.

Click on uploadthen browsecomputer forimage.

Recommendedpicture size is320x240.

Once image isuploaded clickon save.

Step I–Type inHeadlines andbullet points.Each line mustbe complete itor will show ablank box onthe flyer.
