Process Description
Set vision and goals
Determine what technology equipment the school has
Find out what technology equipment the school needs based on students/faculty survey
Integrate technology into curriculum for both physical and online classes
Train student/faculty in effective use of technology
Evaluate the program
Vision
“ Our vision is to help our students to become
proficient and self directed in four skills (reading,
writing, listening, speaking) of the language they
are learning. Moreover, we will provide equal
opportunities to information resources and
services for online/campus courses”.

Technology expert division for maintenance and technical support
Technology integration into all educational/instructional aspects of the curriculum
Faculty training for effective and efficient use of technology

Staff Development
A. Faculty survey to determine what technology they need for a more effective lesson plan
B. Provide a plan for faculty to infuse technology into teaching materials and curriculum
C. Introduce/train new efficient technologies to improve teaching
D. Involve faculty in educational technology community to up date their progress
Evaluation/Research
By studying the test results of campus/online students:
Equal results show our technology use plan has been successful
Lower results on either side show areas for revision and/or changes to the plan
Timeline
One month – completed technology use plan presented for approval
5 months – beginning staff development and initial technology based courses finished
6 months – technology based courses began
12 months – first comparative evaluations. Initial results recorded.
18 months – second comparative test. Results of both tests used for assessment of technology use plan success and future changes
