TER New User Setup Instructions

for Funeral Homes

Under ‘Utilities’, click User Security

After successful log-

in

Under ‘User’ select New or icon

Assign User ID

Assign Password

Select ‘Not an Administrator’

Enter User Information

Under ‘User’ Select View Locations or icon

Click on ‘locations’

Click on ‘Funeral Home’

Select funeral home and drag it to ‘Locations’

Save

Under ‘Location’ Select View Groups and Processes or icon

Click on groups

Select Funeral Home Group and drag it to ‘Groups’

Save

New user will list after save

Exit

Setting Up a New

Funeral Director for Demographic Verification

Under ‘Utilities’, click Funeral Director

Under ‘User’ select New or icon

Enter User Information

Assign temporary

PIN

Check ‘Display in

Lists’

Save

Click OK

The new Funeral Director is added to

the grid

Exit
