MONTHLY RECRUITING BONUS

1. This bonus is available to all Consultants, irrespective of their title.

2. The Monthly Recruiting Bonus is a cash bonus paid to the sponsor on each personally sponsored recruit when they achieve a minimum of £600 Personal Sales by the end of the month following registration.

3. There is no limit to the number of recruits each month a Consultant may introduce and a bonus is paid for every qualified recruit.

4. The Monthly Recruiting Bonus is cumulative as detailed below.

5. The Monthly Recruiting Bonus is paid to the introducing Consultant in the commission payment at the end of the new Consultants qualification period.

Example:

An existing Consultant, Consultant A recruits 3 additional Consultants, B ,C and D. Consultant B and C start on 30 May, theirqualification period is just over 4 weeks from 30 May until 30 June. Consultant D starts on 3 June so has a qualification period of nearly 8 weeks, 03 June to 31 July.

If Consultants B and C both individually achieve £600 sales volume by 30 June, Consultant A will achieve a Monthly RecruitingBonus of £50 in their June commission payment paid to them on or before 12 July. If Consultant D achieves £600 sales by 30 July Consultant A will receive a £20 bonus in their August Commission payment, paid on or before 12 September.

TITLE ADVANCEMENT BONUS

1. The Title Advancement Bonus (TAB) is a bonus paid to Managers for achieving a promotion to a new Career Plan title.

2. Title Advancement Bonus can only be earned once, on the first occasion a new Career Plan title is achieved. Payments will be made when the Manager has achieved their bonus qualification.

3. There is no time restriction on the qualification of a Title Advancement Bonus.

4. The bonus payments made at each level of the Career Plan are shown in the table.

5. Bonus payments are only paid when the Manager is Paid As Title the month following promotion.

6. Bonus Payments for Senior Executive Managers, Regional Managers and Senior Regional Managers are paid over a period of months as shown in the table.

7. Monthly bonus payments will only be made to Managers that are Paid As the title they are receiving a Title Advancement for or a higher title. A monthly bonus payment will be forfeited if an individual fails to remain Paid As in any month a payment is due. Remaining payments over subsequent months will be made if the Manager does achieve Paid As.

ACCELERATED TITLE ADVANCEMENT BONUS

1. The Accelerated Title Advancement Bonus (ATAB) is a bonus paid to Managers for achieving a promotion to a new Career Plan title within a specific time period as stated in the table opposite. If registration date is 1st of the month, then this is month one of your ATAB, if registration date is after 1st (i.e. 2nd and onwards) then month one starts the following month.

2. Accelerated Title Advancement Bonuses can only be earned once when each new Career Plan title is first achieved. Payments will be made when the Manager has achieved bonus qualification Paid As in the month following promotion to a new title.

3. The Accelerated Title Advancement Bonus payments made at each level of the Career Plan are shown in the table opposite.

5. Bonus Payments for Executive Managers, Senior Executive Managers, Regional Managers and Senior Regional Managers are paid over a period of months as shown.

BUSINESS EXPENSE ALLOWANCE

• A monthly business allowance will be paid when a Manager is Paid As at the following levels:

• The monthly business allowance is intended to support business expenses and is paid to enable the more Senior Manager level to assist with the cost associated with training and promoting out Managers. However, the ‘business allowance’ is a form of bonus for achieving and remaining at the stated Paid As levels and may be spent in the Manager’s discretion.

• A Car Programme exists for Regional Managers to Triple Diamond President based on their Paid As title.

• To qualify to participate in the Car Programme Regional Managers+ must be qualified Paid As their title for a minimum of 3 consecutive months to trigger the first payment

• To earn bonuses all Consultants must be bonus qualified with £600 Personal Sales in the commission period. Exceptions are only applicable for Regional Managers and above

• To Title Qualify for all titles above Senior Area Manager you must have:

1. The required quantity of qualified Paid As First Level Managers.

2. The required quantity of qualified Paid As Managers in your total Group,

• To be Paid As, you need the structure based on current ‘recognised as’.

• To promote to a new title – You must hit all criteria by the end of the month, grace periods apply for title Maintenance only

• To Maintain and be Paid As (SAM and SEM) – You must start the month with the structure criteria in place and sales must be achieved by the end of the month

• To Maintain and be Paid As (RM and above) – You must start the month with the frontline structure criteria in place and all other criteria must be achieved by the end of the month

• Manager titles are effective on the 1st of the month following promotion. If a Manager was to promote out on 30 April, the effective date is 01 May.

• All titles will be Paid As the title they qualified for in the commission period except for Regional Managers and above.

• For a new Consultant registered on the first day of the month, that month is considered the first FULL month of the rolling two commission periods to become Active. For a new Consultant registered on the 2nd to the 31st of the month, that month is considered a partial month and they have an additional two full commission periods to become Active.

• The month a new Consultant becomes Active is the first month for the next two months to remain Active by achieving £150 sales in the rolling two commission periods.

• A new Consultant is considered Active upon registration and achieving Personal Sales totaling £150 or more.

• A Consultant who becomes inactive or deactivates, does not achieve £150 personal sales in a rolling two commission periods will be removed from the genealogy at the beginning of the next commission period. Any downline genealogy is lost and cannot be recovered by reinstating. Any downline recruits will roll up to the first active upline Consultant or manager.

• De-activated Consultants may return and be re-instated within six months from the inactivation date. The original ID number will be maintained, the original introducer will remain the recruiting Consultant as long as they have remained active. The re-instated Consultant does not count as a new recruit.

• Re-instated Consultants do not count towards the Monthly Recruiting Bonus.

• Re-instated Consultants cannot participate in Success Start or any part of any recruiting promotion.

• The re-instated Consultant must achieve £150 personal sales within the first full two commission periods to be Active.

• A Consultant who becomes inactive and wishes to join the business more than six months after the inactivation date, must join as a new Consultant with a new ID number. A new Independent Consultant Agreement must be signed and a new Starter Beauty Kit must be purchased. In these circumstances the Consultant will count towards the introducing Consultants Monthly Recruiting Bonus, and they may participate in any related recruiting promotion including Success Start, TAB and ATAB.

• Personal Sales Bonus is based on retail commissionable sales, all other commissionable bonuses are based on net retail commissionable sales (retail less VAT).

• When a Regional Manager promotes to Senior Regional Manager they:

1. May count the downline Regional Manager as one of their required seven First Level Managers

2. May not count the Central Team sales or Total Group Sales of their downline Regional Manager towards their unencumbered £60,000 Central Group Sales requirement. (The Total Group sales of the downline Regional Manager will count toward the Senior Regional Managers £120,000 Total Group Sales requirement.)

• Non qualifiers at Area Manager. If an Area Manager fails to achieve the structure criteria, but does achieve the Personal Sales and Central Team Sales criteria required to maintain as an Area Manager, they will be paid half of their Area Manager commission bonuses.

• Non qualifiers at SAM to SEM. If a Senior Area Manager to Senior Executive Manager does not achieve the structure criteria but does achieve the Personal Sales, Central Team Sales and Total Group Sales criteria to be Paid As their title, they will be paid at the career title immediately below their Recognised As Title. However, if they do not reach the sales criteria or structure criteria of their Recognised As title they will be paid at the title that they meet for both sales and structure

• Non qualifiers at Regional Manager and Senior Regional Manager. If Personal Sales are achieved but the required bonus qualification criteria is not met, Regional Managers and Senior Regional Managers will be paid at the career title below their Recognised As Title (to Senior Area Manager title) that reflects either their structure or Central Group Sales achieved in the commission month. If structure/Sales reflects Area Manager title, to be paid at the career title of Area Manager then Personal Sales, Central Teams Sales and Active Consultants criteria required for Area Manager will need to be achieved in the commission month.

• Non qualifiers at Diamond President and above, please see overleaf.

• Grace Period - For one commission month only, following the promote out of a new Area Manager/s from a Manager’s Central Team, the Central Team Sales criteria will be reduced to £2,000 and the Central Team Structure will be reduced to 6 active Consultants (5 + themselves) 3 must be front line for title maintenance. If two Consultants promote out simultaneously, then the upline promoted out Manager will have a Grace Period the following month.

• Please note - Any grace deductions do not apply for promotion criteria, in order to promote during the grace period, all promotion criteria must be met.

If a Diamond President does not reach the Criteria to be Paid As a Diamond President the following will happen:

• If the Diamond President has achieved all the criteria to be Paid As a Senior Regional Manager they will be Paid As Senior Regional Manager. If they have not fulfilled the full criteria the Non-Qualified rule for Senior Regional Managers will apply –please see previous page for details.

• So an example – A Diamond President does not reach £60K Central Group Volume. This means they have not met criteria for Diamond President or Senior Regional Manager. So if they have the structure of a Regional Manager they will be paid as Regional Manager even though they do not have the Central Group Volume for a Regional Manager as the Non Qualified rule will kick in.

• This would be the same for Double Diamond President and Triple Diamond President. We would check the level below and if the criteria is not reached we will keep checking until we get to Senior Regional Manager. If Senior Regional Manager is not reachedthe Senior Regional Manager Non Qualified rule will kick in as above.

• Non qualifiers at Regional Manager and Senior Regional Manager. If personal sales are achieved but the required bonus qualification criteria is not met, Regional Managers and Senior Regional Managers will be paid at the career title below their Recognised As Title that reflects either their structure or Central Group Sales achieved in the commission month.
