How does the HEART work

The heart keeps your blood pumping around your body.

The heart is a little larger than a clenched fist. Your heart pumps 24 hours a day,

70 to 80 times a minute. It sends blood to your lungs to pick up oxygen.

The propose of the blood is to send fluid through the heart and blood vessels

it supplies nutrients to every part of the body. It is colourless fluid, there are three kinds: red, white and platelets
