We have had a busy and productive summer here at the Aging at Home-A
Community Network program! With over 250 members now, our members
have been staying connected and supported, getting out and about, and staying
physically fit. This summer we cooled down with a tasty yogurt treat and woke
up to a warm, yummy breakfast. Other members have been lacing up their
sneakers and hitting the trails in our NEW Walking Club. The SAGE sessions
will begin again in September. We are looking forward to seeing many of you
at two local senior fairs in September. Stay tuned for our next Table Talk
Dining Club-coming soon. There is a lot going on and Aging at Home- A
Community Network can help connect you. Our goals are promoting healthy
aging and increasing community involvement for all our members. We are
here to help- just give us a call (215) 302-9900!
