Fear (n)

Definition: an unpleasant often strong emotion

Power (n)Definition:

ability to act or produce an effect legal or official authority, capacity, or right possession of control, authority, or

AnimismAnytime you have people who

perform certain religious rituals—prayer, quiet time, witnessing, tithing, confessing, crossing themselves, putting crosses on the wall, bowing down, even just going to church—in order to exercise your will and power over God’s Will and Power, or to try to manipulate Him—you’ve got animistic religion.

But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:16-18 NIV
