GIS Launch WHAT IS LIVE IN AUGUST

What IS BEING LAunchED in AUGUST?

‣People (Including members, employees, alumni, EP’s): Similar to your Facebook timeline, every user will have a customized profile based on roles, interests and programmes that the user has been involved with. All info will be centralized in a personalized timeline and discussion wall.

PEOPLE

‣The CRM (All GCDP/GIP/TMP/TLP Opportunities): ‣Your main customer management application where you will see all current registered users of the platform - for Students, for Companies and for Opportunities ‣Create/Edit opportunities ‣Experience timeline ‣Automated AN’s emailed to EP’s on match for digital signature ‣Quality standards trackers

THE CRM

COMPANIES

‣Library: ‣The space where all content is uploaded, tagged, and suggested for different roles. No more wikis, just tagged data which collects based upon user stats. Depending on your role, the system will suggest education to you and L&D will be able to plan modules and assessments ‣Articles designed to be small, direct snippets of information / education ‣Articles are grouped together (each article may appear in multiple groups) ‣Each article has a discussion attached

LIBRARY

‣Messaging: ‣Emails within the system to any profile registered (ie. LCP of …), Facebook messenger style conversations with your teams, personal news feeds ‣Conversations: ○ Create / delete conversations ○ Search conversations ○ Add people to a conversation ‣Messages: ○ Attach files to messages ○ Messages show user names, profiles and role / committee

MESSAGING

‣Committees (Committees, member management, partnerships and planning): ‣Committees Home: ● Browse committees on a map ● Search for a committee ● View an alphabetical list of committees ● Top-10 committees ‣Committee Profile: ● Profile ● Tab through past terms ● See members (as a grid, list or hierarchy) ● Map, address and contact details (inc. social) ‣Widgets: ● Goal Progression ● Signups/Apps/Realised ‣Discussion Wall ‣Expansion -- SU->LC Management

COMMITTEES

‣Planning and Tracking: Similar to MarketPlace, you plan your goals for ELD and NPS, then your partners, strategies and timelines, this data will be transparent globally

PLANNING

‣Roles (TMP/TLP): A simple and easy membership CRM which allows you to lists all roles, check the number of people in each role, comparison with previous terms, opportunities managed by people in the role, companies managed by people in the role and much more.

ROLES

‣Teams: A shared space for you to communicate with your teams, set the team purpose, goal and track and manage towards it. Similar to a working space.

!‣Projects: The way we manage our iGCDP projects in workspaces with a combination of EPs, TN managers and anyone else who is involved in the running of the project. There will be tracking, discussions and shared photos etc. !‣Automated goal management integrated with analysis

TEAMS, pROJECTS

‣Search: ‣As important in its back-end development as its design, search is a central and vital part of the GIS. From a back-end perspective, we’re working to make it fast, powerful and relevant, while making a front-end user experience that makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. ‣The search results page displays search results in a unified view; displaying a title and subtitle (which’ll vary depending on the type of result — for instance, this may be an LC, a title, a category, e.t.c.), entity, type and programme tags for each item, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for, quickly.

SEARCH

Views and DESIGN components -AUGUST Launch

‣Internal Comms: We’ll build a functionality to allow members in permitted roles to post communications on behalf of their committee to be viewed by members of their committee and those below.

INT. COMMS

‣The dashboard contains: ● An “app grid”; applications frequently used by the logged-in user ● A news feed, populated by updates to objects the user is following ● A calendar, populated by the users’ EP’s and TN’s, and, in the future: ○ Events from the events app ○ Synchronised events from the users’ Google Calendar: ● A list of ToDo’s ● Customised Analytics widgets

DASHBOARD

‣Permissions: Many items in the GIS, including people, opportunities, wikis and companies will have a toolbar on the top right-hand-side of the screen. ‣This toolbar contains: ‣Programme tags (GCDP/GIP/TMP/TLP) to give you an at-a-glance view

of what an item relates to

‣A permissions button to manage the permissions of the item

‣A follow button to follow updates to that item (which’ll appear on your timeline)

‣A share button to share the item

‣The permissions button brings up the permissions editor, which allows you let any person, role (everyone in a particular role), team or (sometimes) external users view or make changes to an item they might not otherwise be able to.

PERMISSIONS

‣Sharing: ‣Most objects can be easily shared from their profiles. You can easily access a short link for any object or send it to a person within the GIS.

SHARING

‣Emails: ‣The GIS will use email sparingly -- in

combination with the notifications, to-do’s and messaging features within the GIS -- for more important or actionable things. We envision these emails each having a clear call-to-action, which is conveyed in the top, colorful part of the email. ‣The body of the email would contain

contents formed from different types of widgets, which could include snapshots of important details mentioned in the emails such as opportunities, people or teams.

MAILS

‣Sending Messages to CRM Groups: ‣The GIS will include the functionality to send messages to groups of people you filter down from the CRM view. This feature is in its early days (especially around permissions and preventing abuse); but this is a concept of the direction it could go..

MESSAGES

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE for AUGUST Launch

‣The Analytics application in the GIS is designed to be an incredibly flexible and extendable suite of analytics tools. Analytics are compromised of Analytics Reports, which each contain a set of Analytics Widgets, which are based on Analytics Templates. ‣Analytics widgets are also used throughout the GIS

on various screens to display useful insights on aggregate and specific data; such as team goals on team profile pages, or demographics on the People CRM.

!‣Quick access grid to all Analysis areas:

■ iGIP | iGCDP ■ oGIP | oGCDP ■ Organisation Development

‣Quality ■ NPS Analysis

■ Standards ‣TMP-TLP

■ Capacity and Productivity

■ Team Minimums & NPS Analysis

■ Upselling Analysis
