The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky

above proclaims his handiwork.

~Psalm 19:1~

Glory Revealed

Through a Promise KeptTruly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of

Man coming in his kingdom.

~Matthew 16:28~

And he was transfigured before them, and his face shone like the sun, and

his clothes became white as light. And behold,

there appeared to them Moses and Elijah, talking

with him.~v. 2-3~

Glory Revealed

With the Mission in Mind

He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed

them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with

whom I am well pleased. Listen to Him.

~v. 5~

Effects of the Transfiguration

We Have Transformation in Our Lives

Do not be conformed to this world, but be

transformed (metamorphothe) by the

renewal of your mind, that by testing you may

discern what is the will of God, what is good and

acceptable and perfect.~Romans 12:2~

And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory

of the Lord, are being transformed

(metamorphothe) into the same image from one

degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the

Spirit. ~2 Cor. 3:18~

For we did not follow cleverly devised myths

when we made known to you the power and

coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his

majesty.For when we received

honor and glory from God the Father, and the voice

was

borne to him by the Majestic Glory, “This is my beloved Son, with

whom I am well pleased.”~2 Peter 1:16-17~
