Cold War Meme Project

Objectives: • Students will research ONE of the following HOT

SPOTS of Conflict in the Cold War: – Korea – Vietnam – Cambodia – Egypt – Congo

• And create 4 ORIGINAL memes – One for the Communist side, – one for the Democratic side, – one from a ruler/leader in that country, – and one from a child “you mean”

• All meme’s must be original – no plagiarism

• Need to use real/iconic images from the conflicts

• Need to make sense and relate to the REAL history

• This is a HISTORY project
