• Free clinics for area children – Led by local coaches
• Free community services– Health Screenings– Police, Fire and Ambulance– Child ID Services

• 15 to 20 kids enjoy private clinic with David– Q&A and Demonstration
• Other entertainment– Skill Demonstrations– Milan Park– Possible concert or other music events
• Silent auction and fundraising dinner

Where and When?
• 3 to 4 cities each year, selected via– Competitive bid OR – Direct selection by committee AND– Must meet pre-determined criteria
• Each city must also meet one of the following criteria:– Existing Milan Super Club– 3 year ramp-up contract for Super Club– Deal to host Milan Camps for a 3 year period
Partnership between The David Beckham Academy and The Milan Foundation
• All initial costs through Major Sponsors – Adidas – cash, equipment, uniforms – Food/Beverage – cash plus food and/or
beverage service at events– Hard Rock– possible location for Black
Tie Auction and Dinner
Partnership between The David Beckham Academy and The Milan Foundation
• Balance of financial support from local and/or regional sponsors
How?
• Participants selected by local clubs and area non-profit groups– Soccer in the Streets– YMCA sports programs– Public school soccer teams
• Participants for private clinic selected based on – Soccer Skills Level– Academics– Community Service
• Local contests with sponsors could also be used to select participants
Giving Back
• Half of funds raised go into escrow account– Scholarships for kids to play at the
local Milan Affiliated Soccer Club– Talent evaluations for high
potential players
• Half of funds raised go to charity efforts– Local charities in each city
– Milan Foundation
– Charity of David Beckham’s choice
• Event will also grant wishes to US kids seeking to meet David Beckham– Make-A-Wish Foundation
