The patients want this

“The perfect solution for us

will give us the opportunity

to share information about

our disease and medication

between different health

institutions. I hope my

grandson, Martin will not

have to be ”psycologist”

whenever he meets new

health professionals.”

And doctors….

“Establish a long-lasting

collaborative environment

between experts and

patients by providing

continous information

through web-based

follow-up”Doctor, OUH, 2009
