Procedure • Entrance:• Falls under the Duties of Team (A), • The duties include:• Supervising the Guard On entrance,• Supervising the personnel using Bar

Code Reader,• Ensuring all the Guests have their

Passes.

Procedure • Entrance: • The System used is a Bar code

Scanner to scan the Bar code reader on the envelope of the ticket,

• Entire Entrance Tunnel fall under the duties of Team (A)

Procedure • VIP Escorts: • Ahsan Ali and Bilal Jamil will escort the VIPs to

their seats upon their arrival.• 4 security members will escort the VIPs to the

food area when the break is announced.• Same Team of those 4 members will escort the

VIPs to the exit from the emergency door at the front area at the end of the show.

• 2 People from Team (C) will be securing the Securing the Emergency (VIP Exit) Gate for the VIPs Exit.

Procedure• External Guards And Law

enforcing Agencies:• Security Team is reporting to Sir

Kamran and Sir Rab Nawaz. • Law Enforcing Agencies will arrive to

the premises at 7 o clock on 29th May 2015, Friday.

• 2 Mobiles (As said by Mr. Rab Nawaz).

Procedure • External Guards Allocation:• Their will be two external guards

placed within the premises of the University.

• Guard A will be assigned on the roof of backstage,

• Guard B will be assigned on the roof of GRDC.

Procedure • Backstage Security Team (B):• 2 people from Team (B) will be

securing the entrance and exit of the Backstage so that no one except for the authorized personnel could enter the premises.

• 2 people from Group (B) will be securing the VIPs.

Procedure • Internal Security Team (A):• 2 people from Team (A) will be

securing the China Gate of University,

• 2 person will be assigned near the VIP Exit,

• 1 person will be assigned at the Back near Guest Exit and In front of GRDC.

Procedure• Crew Management:• The Backstage Crew (including all

models, Crew members) will be marked by a stamp upon the issuance of the entry card, So that the card should be used by the issued person only.

Procedure • Exit doors:• Main gate will be used for Exit• 2 people from Team (C) will secure the

the China Gate, • 2 people from Team (C) will secure the

Main Exit, • 2 people from Team (A) will be securing

the VIP exit parallel to VIP Lounge, • 2 people from Team (A) will be securing

the Guest Exit at the end.

Equipment • 2 Metal detectors,• 1 Computer system, • 1 Bar Code Reader,• 2 personnel's to operate the bar code

reader.• Will be supervised by Team (C)

Emergency Exit• Firstly during a panic situation the

VIPS will be escorted out of the VIP exit and through the mini gate at the Front Area which leads to the Parking Lot where their cars will be parked.

• A mini gate at the back of GRDC will also be used for the guests in such a panic situation.

Backup setup includes:• Arrivals of models All models are told to come and sit back stage 1 hour before the

show starts. Personally will be checked by Umer Khan and Zara Tirmazi

• Arrival of Makeup artists : Since the security is kept strict so we have taken the NIC

numbers of staff coming , names of parlors who are sponsoring and number of people coming . There arrival will be at 6. As per the list and number of people coming Shayan Rasheed will go and receive thm personally with creativity students on gate and make sure the people entering inside are the ones mentioned in list by each group.

• Availability of dresses in marked boxes for each segment For convenience we have told the segment heads to arrange

props segment wise and pack them properly. Also dresses will be pressed and packed with the models name on it. Will be chcked by Fariya and Umer khattak.

• Props presence and arrangementThe presence of all props will be on 26th of all

segments submitted to Shayan Rasheed. Stuff like Ipad, Laptops, digital cameras and any other expensive props will be handed over to group leader after confirming its presence and will be coming on the show date only.

• No. of backstage crew: Umer Khan, Umer Khalid Khattak,Shayan Rasheed,

Fariya Ali and Zara Tirmazi. Along with 2 to 3 creativity member of each group.

The Heritage

Univeristy 45 mins before the show starts with makeup on. From BLUSH

• Props: Japanese swords colored sprayed with

silver and black handles.

INTO JAPANESE (FASHION SHOW) Segment 2

 • Models: Zoya, Soha, Soonam, Masha, RidaShoaibElahi, EmadulHaq and Omer Osman

Peerji

• Make up: Japanese style like shown in the sample picture. The hair accessories for female models will include types of kanzashi and sticks for hair buns.

• Props: Umbrella, hand fan, Japanese basket, Japanese handbag, a small Japanese style drum showpiece, zafus and Malmal sheets (two white and one red).

THE ACT- SEGMENT NO:03

 • Models: • All the models from segment 1 and 2 and all the group members

of creativity and innovation will be participating for the festival known as kantomasturi.

• Props: A bamboo pole with wooden sticks attached to it to hang at least 28-30 lanterns. All the costumes and props used in segment 1 and 2 will be utilized in this segment and creativity students will wear the formal dresses planned for the event to give it a colorful look in the festival on the stage.

• Dress:  The costumes are named as kimonos with different patterns,

prints, designs and colors. They may be classified as dresses wore by court lady, commoner in Kosode (long and short sleeved).

PLAN

• This presentation includes an action plan which is to be followed in the event of the following

• Earthquake

• Fire

• Blackout

• Civil Unrest

• Terrorist Attack

• Storm

In the event of an Earthquake

• Preparedness : In the first instance several measures are taken to avoid any such incident. For this help from the security forces is also taken who will be guided by members on the security team.

• For the safety of VIP’s and other guests a backup team will be in position to ensure security of individuals during an unlikely event.

• If the unlikely event does occur the guests will be secured in an open ground and then toward exits.

• Medics and quick response teams will be on standby.

In case of Fire• The campus will be evacuated

through the available safe exits

• Fire fighting teams will be called.

• For immediate response university equipment will be used

In case of a blackout

• Backup power generators will restore power

• Entrances will be sealed momentarily to avoid an untoward incident.

In case of Civil Unrest• In case there is unrest in the metropolis

parameters around the university will be set and only guests will be allowed to pass through.

• The lighting on the outer walls of the campus will be dimmed so that it does not draw a lot of attention.

In case of a Terrorist attack • First priority is to secure the guests

• External security will take over

• An extensive plan has been discussed with the security team to counter an attack

In the event of a Storm• Guests will be guided to the main

building

• The area will be covered by the marquee so that a shower does not hinder the course of the event

• In case of a blackout due to the rain a standby generator will be used.
