The winter high is 50 to 60, and the low is 30 to 40. The summer high is 90 to 100F,and summer low 60 to 70.

The major landforms are the great plains, mountains, highlands, and plains.

Natural resources include Gold, Silver, Copper, Tin, Zinc, Uranium, Lead, Molybdenum, natural gas fields, major oil fields, Bituminous, and Lignite.
