The Initial Consultation
Remodeling decisions are tough and often very emotional during the various stages of the process. Our initial consultation will focus on introductions and a full project review as well as the steps we take to minimize the emotional ups and downs during a project. In less than 2 hours we will gather a general scope of work and discuss an investment budget based on your needs and wants.
What to ExpectDuring our initial consultation, we will:
Introduce and illustrate our systems before, during and after the project
Achieve an understanding of your wants and needs, how it will impact you, your home and your family
Review other, similar projects, examples and ideas to spur your vision
Talk about possible options and begin to establish a full, all inclusive scope of work
Gather information to produce a detailed estimate with one fixed price for all the work required and requested
Provide and discuss payment options, including financing, if needed
Examine the next steps and additional details that will allow you to proceed with confidence
Our ProcessOur process lays all the groundwork for you so you don’t have to do the heavy thinking and trying to figure out what materials are going to go where and how everything will fit together at the end of the project.
