‣ Through a foundation of study that will —1. Broaden intellectual and cultural horizons;

2. Hone critical and creative thinking;

3. Develop a passion for learning and scholarship;

4. Cultivate a high sense of moral and intellectual integrity; and

5. Foster a commitment to nationalism and social justice.
