LOWER SKILLED LABOUR AT THE YARDS AND REDUCTION OF IN-HOUSE WORKERS AT THE YARD IN TERMS OF DESIGN.

TIME CONSUMPTION SAVINGS AND STRUCTURED FLOW FROM DESIGN OFFICES TO SHIPYARDS.
