Student Planner

• Helps students stay organized • Builds responsibility• Students write during every class what we are learning, homework assignments and important info• Offenses will be written at the end of the day in pen• Primary form of communication• MUST BE SIGNED EVERYDAY!

Homework Folder

• Two pockets: To Do and Finished• All assignments should stay in this folder for safe keeping!• Multiplication Chart on back with parent signature page

TuesdayFolder

• Should come home every Tuesday, unless there is a holiday or other occasion• Will contain graded student work and important papers• Two pockets: Sign and Return/ Keep At Home• Weekly Report Page-- Please Sign!

Attendance

It is IMPORTANT that your child is present

and on time!• Tardies – Our day begins at 7:45.• Absences

• School requires a note within 3 days of absence or unexcused• After seven absences without a doctor’s note, unexcused

• Checkouts—Please save for afternoon!

Attendance

If your child is absent and you would like to pick up the work they have missed,

please contact the school by phone or e-mail homeroom teacher before

11:00 am. Absent work may be picked up in front of the office after school.

Note: Students are responsible for any assignments or assessments that they miss. Absent work should be

completed and returned in a timely manner.
