o Cognitive Coaching training for IC members and PLC facilitatorso Objectives
Analyze Teacher Practice, cultural shifts in PLCs PLC member behaviors
Create plan to facilitate shifts to address behaviors IC Activity
o Behaviors that make people strong in PLCso Behaviors that need to be stretched to be productive PLC members.o For people who are impeding the work, refer them to admin.o Bring PBIS into the department – what do PLC members want?

Interview questions were given to IC members. They were asked to consider two to four questions focused on content/programs.
IC members discussed the possibility of presenting a lesson plan as part of the interview process.
