Tuesday: "Drugs are in the Past" -- Decade Day (dress as you are from the 60's or 70's)

Wednesday: "Don't Let Drugs Choose Your Character" -- Character Day (dress a superhero or any character of your choosing)

Thursday: "Drugs Make you See Double" -- Twin Day (you and someone else dress alike)

Friday: "Say No To Drugs!" -- Red Day (wear red)

• If you are interested in being a part of the Travis High School Musical, there is still time.  The Travis High School Fine Arts department is holding an additional round of auditions for the 2011 musical Fiddler on the Roof.  Auditions will begin at 2:45 after school in the auditorium on Thursday of this week.  If you have something prepared, great, but if not, don’t worry, we will give you something to use at the audition. 

• We are particularly in need of more men for the show.  There are a number of strong male characters, so if you like to sing, dance, or have just always thought it might be fun to try, please come out and try your hand at performing in the musical.

 • If you have questions, feel free to go by Mr. Martin’s

office, located in the Black Box theatre.

2011 THS Senior Class Panoramic Pictures are still available for purchase. Mail order envelopes and flyers are available for pick up in the front office.

 Girls basketball tryouts begin this Wednesday, October 20th. If you are interested in trying out, you must see Coach Broussard in G101 today
