What is a Coach?Using a note card/sticky note, take about 2 minutes and write what being a coach means to you.

A coach is…Art Costa and Bob Garmston, the founders of Cognitive Coaching, define it as “a mediator, one who figuratively stands between a person and his thinking to help him become more aware of what is going on inside his head.”
