Toolbox FoamAll-Foam is capable of producingtoolbox foam drawer liners in threedifferent ways:The most popular, andcost effective method for our custom-ers is to purchase full sheets andthen cut them down to the exactdrawer sizes. Sheet sizes are either48-inches or 60-inches wide by 108-inches long. Density and thicknesswill vary based upon our customer'sneeds (see below).The second meth-od is to have All-Foam cut out theexact drawer sizes when measure-ments are furnished to us. The third,and most costly, method is to havethe customer provide us with eitherCAD drawings or the actual handtools and we shadow out the exacttool sizes from the foam.

Toolbox foam is available in 2-lb. and 6-lb. density, with thickness ranging from1/4-inch to 3-inches for 2-lb. foam and from 1/4-inch to 2-inches for 6-lb. foam. Our6-lb. foam is a premium grade and is longer lasting. Your potential customers for thismaterial is Federal government and commercial/industrial.

6-lb. density polyethylene foam is availablein red, black, yellow and blue. It is sold byindividual colored sheets or any two contrastingcolored sheets, heat-laminated together.

2-lb. density cross-linked polyethylenefoam is available in blue and black and is soldby individual colored sheets or as blue andblack sheets heat-laminated together.
