Launch of India Enterprise Architecture

India with E-Government Development Index (EGDI): Ranks 96/193 on UN e-Government Index 2018. We need to take large strides to make up and enterprise architecture approach is a good way.

Working Group was set up under the leadership of Shri J. Satyanarayana, to prepare the India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) framework. IndEA is a set of interconnected reference models, that are applicable to Ministries, States, PSUs.

NeGD is entrusted with the role to popularize and implement IndEA across Ministries / States. At this moment various roll-out activities are being planned and executed across India.

The IndEA framework has been notified Vide GoI Notification: No. 8(22)/2016-EG-I), dated 9th October 2018. President & CEO, NeGD shared the same with State Governments and Ministries .
