Traditional Polish dishes
-Vegetable salad-Pork loin with prume
Vegetable salad
Composition:• 4 boiled eggs• 5 (medium ) carrots• Tin of peas• Tin of corn• 4 pickled cucumber• 1 apple• 3 potatos• Mayo• Pepper
Step 1.
First you have to boil eggs, potatos and carrots.
Step 2.
When the vegetable are boiled you should peel them. Pickled cucumber and apple peel too.
Step 3.
When all vegetable are peeled you have to chop them into little pieces.
Step 4.
Put all peas and corn from tin
Step 5.
Add some salt, pepper and 3 spoon with mayo.
Step 6.
Everything mix together. Put salad for some time to fridge.
VEGETABLE SALAD

Pork loin with prune
Composition;• 1kg pork loin• Prunes• Spices• Olive oil• Garlic
Step 1.
First you should wash the pork.
Step 2.
Then on the centre of pork cut the hole and put there prunes.
Step 3.
Next smear pork by oil and garlic. Add some spices.
Step 4.
Then bake in oven about 1,5 hour.
