A one day course delivered through a combination of multi-media presentation and hands on experience at our dedicated applications cleanroom in our training facility in Staplehurst, Kent. Participants will obtain an excellent insight into the theory and application of the wire bond process which in turn can be applied to improve quality and reliability in the workplace.
