• Employee doesn’t have the necessary tools to perform the task
• He/she gets hindered time and again by flawed and baseless company policies
• He/she is scolded/punished for performing what is considered to be off-track

While identifying skill gaps, it is important to know the answer to the below questions:• Were they able to do it earlier?• Have they been doing this for long?

• Whenever any new process, technology, or tool gets
implemented, a training session needs to be lined up to
make employees aware of the same
• This applies to corporate/compliance policies and even to
modifications of existing ones
• From basic skills to specialized ones, if there is a
gap it is better to identify the same at an early
stage and get it rectified
Give them a break!
Do not burden employees with an unrealistic
number of trainings that leaves them stressed throughout the year
