GPM’s PRiSM Practitioner is a course designed to instill methods to address these needs Our one of a kind program covers the core practices and principles of project management with an emphasis on environmental, fiscal and social responsibility using a series of hands-‐on exercises, based on real world scenarios, adhering to the UN Global Compact’s 10 Principles.

THE METHODOLOGY
PRiSM
The PRiSM™
Methodology
The Perfect Balance
of ISO and
Business / Project
Management. PRiSM™ (PRojects integrating Sustainable Methods) is our sustainability based project delivery method that incorporates
tangible tools and methods to manage the balance between finite resources, social responsibility, and delivering
sustainable project outcomes. It was developed for organizations to integrate project processes with sustainability
initiatives to achieve business objectives while decreasing negative socio-‐economical and environmental impact. Our
Practitioner course covers the methodology’s phases as well as Project Management standards and best practices. PRiSM is based on the globally accepted standards for professional project management. These standards are the “books of
knowledge” as they are known to project managers. PRiSM establishes a framework of considerations derived from ISO
21500, ISO 14001, ISO 26000, ISO 50001 and ISO 9001, and focuses on specific areas to integrate best practices to answer
the question: "How do I apply sustainability to my projects?”
