District 7

QCEW (by NAICS)

Total Non-Farm (BEA) x Category % From AASHTO study

11

District 7

Use these control totals to expand InfoUSA

QCEW Data – Things to note

Employers that report Statewide Employment Numbers

Coded as County 995 & 999

Redistributed using ratio of NAICS category to Statewide totalExample:

Statewide NAICS 4234                          = 48,000 (employment)

County 995 + County 999 NAICS 4234    =  4,500 (employment)

County 086 NAICS 4234                       =  8,000 (employment)

8,000 / 48,000 = 16.7 percent

4,500 * .167 = 752

So we would add 752 jobs to County 086 NAICS 4234
