Application Instructions

1) Follow all the instructions listed on this sample application. Otherwise, your application will appear in the wrong format and will not be approved.

2) Make sure that all of the information listed on your application is correct, then click “Submit.”

3) It will take Tsinghua a few days to review your online application for eligibility. You will be notified via email when the review process is complete.

4) Print the approved application in PDF. You may also want to print an extra copy for your own records.

5) Submit the printed application to UCEAP. Do not mail anything directly to Tsinghua University.

6) If you are asked to pay an application fee, you can skip it. The fee is not required for UCEAP students.

Click “Register” to create an account.

Use an email address that you check regularly.

Check your email account for an email from the Tsinghua

application system containing your activation code and instructions.

Once your account is activated, you can login to

the system and start your application.

Click “To Apply” to start your application.

UCEAP students are participants in the Exchange Student Program. Click “Click to See Details.”

Select “US-University of California” from the drop down menu and click “Click Here to Apply.”

Read and click “Confirm.”
