Terms & Conditions: • Nominal Membership fee is INR 10 and INR 1,000 as Shareholder

• PLC – Preferred Location Charges shall apply at the time of possession:

a. Main Road facing @ 10% of BSP

b. Park facing @ 10% of BSP

c. Corner plot @ 10% of BSP

• Development charges shall apply and to be paid by the buyer at the time of possession

• Land shall be Government approved

• Stamp duty, Registration and other Legal charges shall be extra and paid by the buyer

• Possession after 48 months

• For RCP, minimum contribution is of 50 sq.yd. or its multiple

• For FCP, minimum contribution is INR 1,00,000 or above

• For OTCP, minimum contribution is INR 1,30,000 or its multiple (One time for 4 years)

• This is a limited period inaugural offer till 31 Dec 2014

Refund Policy: • Premature withdrawal applicable only after 18 months with interest rate of 5% (Applicable on RCP, FCP and OTCP)

Documents needed: • Great India is a housing society by the members and for the members operating under By Laws of the government

• Great India is currently approved to launch projects in Delhi & UP. However, more states would add in future

• Documents needed for registration of a member are as follows:

a. 2 passport size photo, if the member is an individual or 2 photos each if joint or partners

b. PAN card in case of company

c. Self attested copy of Residence proof. Adhaar Card / Voter Card / Passport / Rent agreement / House ownership docs

d. Member must have residence proof either for Delhi / UP (Mandatory)

e. Member’s permanent address can be of any place in India but as per norms the member has to be either temporary

or permanent resident of Delhi / UP
