U-DRILLS® SDS Self drilling screws are available in an extensive variety of sizes, head styles and point configurations and are capable of drilling a wide range of steel materials. Supplied in carbon or stainless steel, and with optional RUSPRO® coating, U-DRILLS® SDS are well suited to most self drill screw applications. U-DRILLS® SDS are also ideal for use in manufacturing facilities where consistent fastener quality and speed are essential. For custom jobs, U-DRILLS® SDS can be made to order. U-DRILLS® SDS self drilling screws are produced to SAE J78-1998 specifications.

• Consistent drilling performance and speed meeting or exceeding IFI standards

• Uniform and secure fit on magnetic nut setter or screwdriver bit

• Ideal for manufacturing applications• Drilling capacity up to 0.500”• Available finishes include:

- zinc plating for general use - RUSPRO coating for added corrosion protection - 410 S.S. + RUSPRO coating for superior corrosion protection

• RUSPRO coating offers 1000 hours salt spray resistance (per ASTM B117 - 03) and 20 cycles SO2 (per DIN 50018)

• Head marking for easy fastener identification e.g. “U” (standard) / “4” (410 stainless steel)

• Variety of packaging options: Bulk cartons, Handy jug contractor packs and convenient 100 pc boxes

• Optional bonded EPDM sealing washer assembly
