表面处理／Surface clean

• 湿润、清洗／Surface washing and wetting• 清除表面脏污和粉尘／Remove surface dirt and dust表面松浮的脏污和铁锈可能会使涂层附着力下降。

The loose dirt and dust on the surface may make the adhesion can be significantly decreased.

• 清除表面油污／Remove surface oil油污将使涂层附着力下降。

The surface oil will make the adhesion can be significantly decreased

• 湿润／Surface wetting表面过于干燥可能会使涂膜发生气泡、龟裂之情形。

Surface too dry can cause the coating occur bubbles and cracks.

备料／Preparation

• 过筛／sieve out the large pieces of powder• 筛网孔径diameter of sieve bore

• 应至少以#30(孔径 0.6 mm)之筛网过筛。

• The powder should through the #30 sieve (dia.=0.6 mm) at least.

• 喷涂表面有高度的平滑要求，则应至少以#50 (孔径 0.3 mm)之筛网过筛。

• For spraying requires a smooth surface, the powder should through the #50 sieve (dia.=0.3 mm)

• 水量／Added water• 可依照实际使用略微调整

• User can slightly adjust the volume of the water according to the actual circumstances.

• 面层喷涂水量稍多些，可使表面较为平整

• 拌合／Mixing• Coatec-3 粉末会浮于水面上，固先以低速或手动拌合，直至呈现发泡状。

• Powder will float on the water, so the first with an electric mixer at low speed or manual mixing until powder become foam-like state.

• 当呈现泡状(不再有粉尘)后，即可以高速搅拌，直至完全变为浆状后，请再多搅拌一会使其充分混合。

• After the powder becomes foam-like state, then mixing at high speed until it become slurry and fully mixed

• 请注意底部和边缘卡料所造成的混合不均匀。

• Please note that the bottom and the edge of the container may deposit some residual powder.

• 静置／ Allowed to stand 30 minutes• 拌合后静置30分钟，使材料能更充分与水融合，并减少泡沫。.

• After mixing, it is necessary to stand for 30 minutes to allow materials and water are fully integrated and reduce the cell/bubble content

• 若泡沫仍过多，请再以30号筛网过滤拌合好的浆液。

• If the material after mixing contains too much foam, we must re-mesh filter the mixture in the #30 sieve.

• 喷涂前请再略微搅拌避免沉淀。

• Please do a little bit stirring before spraying, to avoid precipitation.

• 喷涂率／ Spreading rate• 0.8~1.0 kg/m2/0.5 mm

• 施工环境／ Environment For Applying• 不得在雨天及极度潮湿环境下施工。

• Shall not be applied under extremely humid and rainy environment.

• 注意周遭的粉尘扬起，附着于未干的涂层上。

• Prevention of raised dust around the applying area to be attached to the coated wet film.

• 风速过快会造成材料浪费。

• Too fast Wind Speed will cause the waste of the material.

喷涂／ Spray

• 喷涂程序／ Process• 第一道喷涂厚度不可太厚。

• The first layer of coating thickness can not be too thick.

• 涂层表面需要干燥(可指触)，才能进行下一层的喷涂。

• The coating must be dried(tack free) before the next layer of coating.

• 视气温与湿度，每一层干燥时间约为1至3小时。

• Layer coating drying time is about one to three hours, depending on the temperature and humidity.

• 干膜厚度至少须达0.5㎜以上，分四次以上喷涂

• At least four times or more spray, dry film thickness must be at least 0.5 mm or more

养护／ Curing

• 3天可接触少量水份

• After 3 days curing, the coating surface can be sprayed water.

• 7天具备初期强度

• After 7 days of curing, coating began to strengthen.

• 28天养护完成，涂层可发挥最佳性能

• After 28 days of curing, coating with the best features.

• 28天可发挥最佳性能

• Before 28 days of curing, Coating should not be exposed to a lot of water for a long time.

注意事项Precautions

• 避免垂流、橘皮影响美观

• Avoid the coating occurs sag or orange peel.

• 喷涂过厚可能造成龟裂

• Spraying too thick may cause cracking.

• 拌合后若放置超过10分钟应略微搅拌避免沉淀

• The material after mixing should be a little stirred when placed over 10 minutes, to avoid precipitation.

• 过筛不确实可能造成喷鎗堵塞或喷涂表面过于粗糙

• Incorrect screening procedures may cause airbrush get blocked or the sprayed surface is too rough.

注意事项／ Precautions

• 材料储存过久请注意是否有受潮、结块的情况。

• If the material is stored for too long, please note if there is any moisturized and/or caking condition(s).

• 请于通风良好的环境下进行喷涂，若于室内喷涂请携带口罩。

• If spraying operations are in places with poor ventilation, it is recommended the operators to use masks.

• 喷涂后，用水清洗皮肤，衣服，涂装工具

• After application, use water to clean skin, clothing, coating tools.
