UIMF  BookitLAB  Online  Scheduler    

UIMF  Bookitlab  Log  in  Instructions    

1. Access  UIMF  BookitLab  site  using  this  link:  https://core.bookitlab.com/uiowa/Login.aspx    

2. Sign  In  using:  Username:    HawkID     Installation  Password:      test      

     

3. Change   user   password.     System   will   prompt   you   to   change   current  password

 4. Update  user  profile  

   

5. Add  a  mobile  app  (optional)  To  download  and  install  BookitLab  app  on  your  smartphone:  • Search  BookitLab  in  Google  Play  Store,  for  Android  phone  version,  or  in  

App  Store  for  iPhone  version,  or  use  a  direct  link:  Android

• Download  and  install  BookitLab  application.  • After   installation   completed,   open   installed   app   on   your   smartphone  

and  in  "Institute  Initials"  field,  type  "uiowa".  • Use  your  BookitLab  credentials  to  login.  

         Use  of  existing  core  scheduling  program
